Overview

Whatsub offers one-time purchases (Supporter and Team plans) with no recurring charges. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your purchased plan
• You accidentally made a duplicate purchase
• The purchased features were not delivered due to a verified technical fault on our end

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the app or features after purchase
• Purchases made under a promotional or discounted price (unless there was a technical issue)
